Walnut, Juglans nigra
Walnut...is the classic dark wood color. We don't stain; we oil to bring out the best of the natural colors. (Oil Finishing) The color does lighten over time due to ambient light, but it remains our darkest, natural color. Click for more about walnut.

Carried a magazine clipping of your Rocker in my wallet for several years. In 2004 my first grandson was on the way so I pulled out the clipping and ordered a Walnut Rocker. Grandson leaves for college at University of Tennessee next month. Still love that Rocker.
